Connecting SPDT switch to a three-phase(delta-wye) transformer

Newbie here! I need to connect an SPDT switch to a delta wye transformer in simulink. I know they cannot be directly linked so I need help figuring out how to route it through something else to they can connect properly. Basiccally i need to connect either 3 or 4 SPDT switches to my transformer and cannot get it to work.
