1.can we create multiple device objects in instrument control toolbox and make them communicate parallely without disturbing each other.?
2.if we created and connected an object and did some operations like reading a property and disconnected using disconnect(obj) command. if we connect the same object again,does the properties which we read before will be available?

Yes, you can create multiple device objects at once using Instrument Control Toolbox.
I'm a little confused by your second question, but if you're talking about something like this:
propertyValue = get(obj, 'PropertyName');
disconnect(obj);
connect(obj);
The propertyValue variable will be unchanged after reconnecting to the instrument.
If you're talking about using a set command to change the state of the instrument, that also should not be affected by reconnecting to the instrument.

With regards to "make them communicate parallely without disturbing each other": some parts of the device interrupts need to be serviced by the single-threaded part of MATLAB, and if the devices are needing service rapidly enough, there would be contention between them.

That's a good point.
