Help me write code from algorithm scheme

Dear Guys,

I'm a student and beginer in Matlab. In this semester I have task for writing code in matlab, but It's very difficult with me. In this task, I need to write code from algoritm scheme. Please help me change this algoritm scheme in code with matlab. The algoritm scheme is presented in the bottom figure, which shows the route of operation of the fishing vessel during the year. Since this is a homework assignment, show us the code you've written to try to solve the problem and ask a specific question about where you're having difficulty and we may be able to provide some guidance.
