GUI for Mobile Web

Good day guys. So I am working on a GUI which will be used for mobile web that when the url is entered into the browser, the GUI layout will fit to the smartphone or tablet screen. So how should I set the size of my GUI in GUIDE. How to set 240 by 320 resolution in GUIDE? Thanks a lot.
