loading data while optimizing

Hello all,

I am optimizing a number of parameters with optimtool. In the body of the function I fprintf some data and load them again to use them. While optimizing, during the first iteration it works fine and loads data without any problem, but in the second iteration I don't know why it can not load the data; It loads a matrix with 0 row and column! Does anybody know what the problem is or has faced this kind of issue?
