How to run model advisor using parallel computing toolbox?

I am trying to run model advisor using 'ModelAdvisor.run' command having 'ParallelMode' set to 'On' for one or more than one model. But I am getting some warnings related with uiwait and warnfiguredialog . " Warning : uiwait is no longer supported when matlab is started with the -nodisplay -nofigurewindows option ..." and it gets stuck at "warnfiguredialog" .
