Constructing phase space plot for system of Delay differential equations

I'm trying to solve a system of delay differential equations from the research paper 'A time delay model for control of malignant tumor growth' given by, dM/dt = r1M(1 − M/k1) − α1MN, dN/dt = βNZ(t − τ ) − d1N − α2MN, dZ/dt = r2Z(1 − Z/k2) − βNZ(t − τ ) − d2Z

While plotting the function i couldn't get a phase space plot(spiral). The code file and the figure i got is attatched herewith.. What modifications should be made in this program to get a phase space plot?
