Cannot install support package for RTL-SDR (2015a)

When trying to install RTL-SDR package the following warning is shown

"Download Failed: Server returned HTTP response code: 502 for URL: http://sdr.osmocom.org/trac/raw-attachment/wiki/rtl-sdr/RelWithDebInfo.zip"

I couldn't access the above link via my browser too. But I was able to get the RelWithDebInfo.zip file from the below link

https://osmocom.org/attachments/download/2242/RelWithDebInfo.zip

Is this happening because this link from which matlab downloads the support package file is not updated?

Please help me with this problem.

My OS is Windows 8.1 and Matlab version is R2015a
