draw two plot in a graph

Hi. i have two columns with too much raws as each column (about 1.300.000 raws) and i want the plot look like as below, it included two different type of plots in one graph. can you help me how to do that?

The plot looks like a regression plot read about plotregression. If you have two data points and want to plot them read about plot and holdon.
