Phase Comparison Circuit SIMULINK

Hi One and All,

I am working on a project that requires me to estimate the phase difference between two signals at very high frequencies. I have tired working with the Complex Phase difference circuit but that did not meet my requirements, is there an alternate method (Combination of Blocks) or a standalone block that would be able to aid me in this prcoess.
