problem with cells and lines

Hi! in an array we have this command:

 a is an array   
    % code
 a(1:5:end)=[]
 end

ho could i do this for cells?

My problem is:

i have this data:

data=

    {145030x1 cell}
    {145001x1 cell}
    {145030x1 cell}

and

data{1,1}{1}=measurement data

data{1,1}{2}=2 3 4 5 5

data{1,1}{3}= 5 6 7 69 3

.... .... ....

data{1,1}{10}=measuremnet data

data{1,1}{11} 3 2 5 1 9

.... ..... ....

the same construction dor data{2,1} and data{3,1}.

I want to get just the numbers from this cell construction and elemente the title(measeurement data). the number should be then saved in a vector.

did you understand what i mean?
