How i can generate correlated rayleigh fading envelope?

I have written matlab code for this and i am getting result also but i want E[alpha^2]=1,which i am not getting...please help me? i used this method: B. Natarajan, C. R. Nassar, and V. Chandrasekhar, “Generation of correlated Rayleigh fading envelopes for spread spectrum applications," IEEE Commun. Lett., vol. 4, no. 1, pp. 9-11, Jan. 2000.
