Hardware setup can't be continued

Hi, I downloaded the simulink support package for Android devices

In order to use this I have to setup my hardware (androidhwsetup), after installing android studio, android sdk platform and connecting my mobile phone to my laptop, Matlab can't seem to find my mobile phone. I've already changed the setup on my phone as develloper, but even if I replug my USB its still can't find my phone on matlab. My laptop however can find my phone and it says that I already have installed the correct driver.

Have you enabled the USB debugging mode?

Please check if Windows (I mean the OS) is able detect the device. If 'adb devices' command from command promt returns the device, then please contact technical support. They might be able to help you.
