Matlab　R20​20aインストーラー​はインターネットエラ​ーが出ました

インストーラーファイルsetup.exeをクリックするとこういうエラーが出ます。
エラーのテキストは下記の通りです
Unable to open the requested feature.
Check your internet connection and proxy settings in MATLAB Web preferences and then try starting the feature again.
Detailed information:
Error code: -6
Error message: ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND

下記を参考に、インストーラをダブルバイト（非ASCII）が含まれないフォルダ（パス）に移動して、お試しください。
