how to fix the error

while opening the simulink i get this meassege
Caught "std::exception" Exception message is:
Error open a file stream for write.

I have received a similar error message. It happened when I opened MATLAB several times at the same time (several "tabs"). The error message does not appear when I have only one "tab".
