Bonjour,
J'ai enregistré des données avec un rtl-sdr de type nooelec.
Je voudrais observer dans un modèle simulink le spectre de ces données avec un spectrum analyser en relisant en boucle le fichier *.mat dans lequel ont stockées les données.
Est-ce possible?

Yes, you can use Simulink to observe spectrum. You may use MATLAB Function block to read the data from *.mat file in a loop and Spectrum Analyzer block to observe the spectrum.
