Problem installing matlab 2019b

I have trouble installing matlab 2019B.
When i enter key and click next.
On first click nothing happens, on next click installation screen disapperas. When i check the task manager, matlab installer in running but nothing happening on screen. I waited long also but nothing. Here is screen where problem arises:

this shows on task manager but nothing happens after that.
Edit: I am running everyhting as administrator on window 10
