CDM Controller implementation in simulink

Hi, We have (Coefficeint Diagram Method) CDM controller at our project in MATLAB Simulink but I don't know how to use A(s), B(s), N(s), D(s),... polynomials in that controller? is there an example project to help me find out how to implement its block diagrams at simulink?
