Plotting a complex matrix

Hello!

I have got a matrix with complex numbers (a+bi) which represents the amplitude and angle. I would like to create a plot (3D) with one axis for the frequency and another axis for the time domain (not absolutely necessary). The amplitude could be indicated with color and the angle with the angle in 3D or else.

Is there a way to do it like that? Or even differently?
