can you use e^(-Ls) in simulink transfer function block

I am trying to simulate a thermostat (temperature control system) using a relay, a P controller and a transfer function block. The transfer function is : G(s) = (Ke^(-Ls)/(Ts+1). how do i implement this in a transfer function block.
