How to rename field in a struct?

Can someone please help me, i am trying to name the fields where there is currently 1,2,3 in the rows on the left.

In current releases of MATLAB it is not possible to get numeric field names, not even if you load a file written by third-party software that tries to set the fields that way.
If you have third-party software creating those files, then you can try https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/42274-loadfixnames-loads-a-mat-file-fixing-invalid-names
