solving of differential equation in simulink

hello,
can someone tell me how can i model this equation in simulink. the main problem i am facing in it is there are two differential variables in one single equation and both are dependent on time.
the equation is:
M*C_p*dt_a/dt = (Q-(m*(h_w-h_s))-(rho_w*V_w*(dh_w/dt)));
is there any way to solve these type of equations in simulink?
