Appliance classification using Hidden Markov Model

I recorded different appliances' power data along with their states hence, I have seq and states of these. I used hmmgenerate to get transition and emission matrices of each appliance. Now, I have aggreagted power sequence of 2 appliances and I have to identify which appliances they are using the individual appliance models. Can anyone guide me how i can do that?
