subplot code bar chart

Hello - what is the code to display 9 bar charts on a single plot?

subplot(3, 3, 1)

subplot(3, 3, 2)

subplot(3, 3, 3)

This shows 3 bar charts on the top row, now how do I show 3 bar charts on the middle and bottom row?
