Parallel processing with timetables and synchronize

Does anyone know of a way to synchronize 2 timetables using parallel processing? I am loading a generic timetable which I then use a for loop to sync thousands of timetables back to the generic and write out each of the synced timetables. Issue is time and it takes a long time to do this one after another. I would love to parallel process these files either with CPU or GPU. I change my for loop to a parfor but I keep getting transparency errors. I think it has to do with the fact the generic timetable is read in outside the parfor loop. And I would really like to not read it into the parfor loop.

Any suggestions?
