Matlab 2019a help window is not visible in Catalina. How to fix this issue?

Hi,
MATLAB R2019a was released before the MacOS 10.15(Catalina), hence it is not a supported OS for MATLAB R2019a.
One possible work around is update the MATLAB to 2019b or use online documentation.
