Help for optimal production setup

Hello. I wanna simulate the optimal setup for my operation to achieve the highest possible effecienty.

My constraints look like this. Product 1 have to go trough R -> A -> B -> D -> C ->F -> S and so on for the other products. R and S are locked as start and finish.

As seen next i wanna arrange my operations in the best way so i can use the lowest number og idealized steps

Hope someone has done something similar and can help me.
