Menu font unreadable 2014a

Hi,

I am running MATLAB 2014a and the menu font somehow changed. How can I revert it back to english, which it used to be?

I think that the font displayed at the moment is Sans Serif, however I am unable to uninstall the font.

I've tried to change the MATLAB Fonts Preferences but it doesnt affect the font in the menu. See screenshot:

Any suggestions are much appreciated!

As mentinoed in the doc: https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/matlab_env/change-fonts.html, after changing the font try to restart the MATLAB to see the changes.
