quatization matrices for MPEG2

hi, I am working in MPEG codecs. I am facing difficulty to find the Standard quantization matrices. Can any one help me to know the MPEG2 standard quantization matrices possible for I,P,B frames. what are the different ways to scale them for compression (additive/multiplicative).
