Difference between binofit in statistics and communications toolbox

Hello all,

I have noticed that binofit and berconfint with the same parameters give slightly different parameters, even though berconfint internally calls binofit. The two commands seem to call different versions (in different toolboxes) of binofit.

Does anyone knows what is the difference between the two?
