Genetic Algorithm with for loop or while loop

Hi, Hope all is well. I need to build a Genetic Algorithm with for loop the cover all 365 day and 24 hour with non-linear constraint ... how I should started? then, Is that available in Matlab? thanks all,hope you could help me for my research, and my objective is minimize x(1) all 24 hour and over all 365 day ... how can I do that?
