F28004x ePWM not generating signal

Hello,

I am using the F28004x from the C2000 family from TI.

I have been programming the ePWM using the Simulink blocks to achieve the next 4 signals.

First, I did a test model as shown in the next image.

It was working perfectly, but when I added it to the controler to these ePWMs the phase shifted signals stopped working.

I have tried to debug with Code Composer and all the modified registers were properly working for all different ePWM (included the shifted ones).

Any idea of what is happening?
