AFValue and PIPoint Data Types to Arrays of Doubles

Hello,
I am trying to extract numerical values from PIPoint data types as well as AFValues. This is based off of OSIsoft PI AF data, so it may be a bit too specialized to ask here but if anyone has any experience with this or something similar please feel free to share!
