How to measure the similarity between two signal?

I have a matrix which contains 100 types of signal i.e. the dimension of the matrix is 30 by 100. I want to find out the similarity between them. Means, first I want to take 1st signal and find out the similarity among rest of signal i.e. 99 signal and store the similar signal. Similarly, for rest of the non-similar signal will follow the same procedure. So kindly help for this. Please

I have done the it with loop beacause the number of data points are large. so, I am facing problem to find out the similarity beween signal using xcorr. Kindly help me regarding this.
