problem in launching matlab. error code: -375

I have recently installed trial version of matlab 2019a & it has been successfully installed. still its giving problem to launch the software; its showing error as check your proxy settings in matlab web preferences, though proxy settings r already done and internet is working fine. error screenshot.png
