How can we calculate

when know n=8, P = [ 1 2 3 4 0 7 6 5], c_i is the number of elements of the set { j > i, pj < pi }

0 =< i < 7, 1< j < 8

i 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7

P 1 2 3 4 0 7 6 5

exam: p_1 = 2, p_j = p_4 = 0 (j=4)
