How to get the MATLAB function toolbox of 'Student manual for Digital Signal Processing with MATLAB' (Proakis/Ingle)

I recently bought the book in the title of this message. At the preface the author tells that all the functions used in the book can be downloaded from an ftp server, but I am unable to connect to it (it might have been relocated).

I also tried to email the authors but I got no reply by the time.

Does somebody here have a zip file (or similar) with the functions?
