Power loss calculation for simulation model

I am working on cell balancing. When I was trying to calculate power loss of my model using pe_getPowerLossSummary() function it was showing power loss of FET device only, but I want to calculate power loss across diodes and resistor as well. I tried with ee_getPowerLossSummary() and elec_getPowerLossSummary(). I Clicked Simulation button in the model window, selected simscape and in that Log simulation data, I selected All. But I could not get it.

I checked with mathwork examples, their they shown power loss across diodes,resistor and switches etc... Kindly help me.

Hi Sundari,

You have to log the simulation data for the diode before you use power loss command. To log data just right click on the device go to simscape> log simulation data, then you can use use power loss command.
