multiclass classification training and prediction Extreme learning machine

i want to use extreme learning machine for training and prediction. Kindly help me with the code that i can use. i am using code http://www.ntu.edu.sg/home/egbhuang/ but it is only for the training and testing accuracy. kindly help me with some other references.
