R2015b学生用を使用しているのですが、ライブラリにSimscape electrical がありません。どこでダウンロードできるでしょうか。

Simscape ElectricalはR2018b以降にSimscape ElectronicsとSimscape Power Systemsが統合してできた製品です。
R2015bで使いたければ旧製品をお使いください。
