if statement with condition to perform a such a task

i am reding data from the sensor and the output of the sensor equal either 3 6, or 1 4.

And i have already the matrix A below

A= [ 3 6;

1 4]

what i want that??

if the output of the sensor is 3 6

>>update

then continue

if the output of the sensor is 14

>>update

then continue

can you write me a code for this problem please
