Plot data from excel problem - Real flight data

Hello every one,

I manage to plot real flight data reccorded with a phone app.

I converted axcell collumns into arrays and this is the result:

As you can see somme points are out with wrong altitude. The thing is when I look at the values in the array I don't see anything worng

The altitude of the terrain is about 300ft so the first and last values in the array are correct. But when I plot it:

We can see that there are problems at the boundaries.

I cannot explain why, does anyone has an idea?
