Computer vision system toolbox

I have matlab license for matlab 2012a. But I don't have computer vision toolbox installed. I couldn't use any functions of that toolbox. Do we need to purchase that separately and install? or how can i get that

All of the official toolboxes are extra cost for the Commercial and Academic licenses.
The Student Version includes some toolboxes, but not Computer Vision
You will need to purchase and install the software.
