Matlab R2019a opens automatically

Hi, I'm trying to solve a problem I'm sick of. Matlab R2019a opens automatically when I put full screen of any other program, change desktop or turn on the computer. It's very uncomfortable. Please help. I have macOS mojave 10.14.4
