Extracting transfer function from circuit

Can I get transfer function of the followig circuit using simulink(simscape)?

R1 = 0.2 ohm

R2 = 0.5 ohm

L1 = 0.00001 H

L2 = 0.0001 H

C1 = 0.00001 F

C2 = 0.0001 F

V1 = 150 volts

V2= 100 volts

In the above circuit as the frequency of V1 and V2 are simultaneously varied, with same frequency for both, from 0 to 1000000 hertz (1 MHz)
