Implement genetic algorithm in base station using matlab

I am trying to optimize a cellular network by using multiobjective genetic algorithm.

I want to optimise number of base stations , coverage using matlab . Any matlab code with some explanation will be appreciated. thanks

I've grid of 500 users rendomly distributed across 1500 X 1500 area and want to place Base station dynamically using genetic algorithm. how to do so?
