How to run simulation fast with nano-second sample time? I am currently using Simulink in accelerated mode, yet I have to wait for more than 2 hrs, to run simulation only for 1.5 sec. How to solve this problem

I'm confused. You want to run a simulation that requires billions of steps - 1.5 seconds (and potentially more) of nanosecond time steps. Each time step will require multiple floating point computations, possibly many. And yet, you are surprised it takes some time to run the sim? Your computer may seem large and fast, but it is not a super computer. You need a seriously larger/faster computer. Or pick up a good book to read while it runs. Or solve smaller problems.
