Can anyone solve this equation in MATLAB?

I would like to calculate the following variable using MATLAB:

where dv represents the intra-cyclic variation of the horizontal velocity of the hip, v ̅ represents the mean swimming velocity,vi represents the instantaneous swimming velocity, Fi represents the acquisition frequency, and n is the number of measured strokes. Find attached a file with velocity data for 4 strokes. Sample frequency is 333Hz.
