Obsolete Unit Resettable Delay

Good morning,

I am working on a model which is using the following block:

As written on the website, the blocks are now obsolete and I was considering substitute them with this one:

https://ch.mathworks.com/help/simulink/slref/resettabledelay.html

Unfortunately making this substitution does not keep the same functionality as before. I also tried to play around a bit with the reset flags (which should be either one of "Level" or "Level Hold") but I couldn't manage to get the same behaviour as with the previous delay. Do somebody of you know what kind of block I can use to substitute the obsolete one while keeping the functionality of the model?
