I want to train a CNN network WITH 3 D IMAGES (Nifiit) how to do it
I Got this Eror :
Error using trainNetwork (line 154) : Unable to read file: 'C:\Users\H\Desktop\cnn2\dataset1\HG\Brats18_2013_2_1_t1ce.nii'.
